EWG's Shopper's Guide to Pesticides - Dr. Andrew Weil comments on the "Dirty Dozen"

The Environmental Working Group is a group of concerned scientists, engineers, layers, policy makers, and computer programmers that conducts scientific studies and laboratory testing to expose threats to human health and the environment.  They are very well known for their list called the "Dirty Dozen."  This list reveals the 12 most pesticide laden fruits/vegetables.  It is suggested that if you can not purchase organic varieties of these foods, you do not eat them.  It also outlines the "Clean 15," which are the fifteen cleanest fruits/vegetables that you can get away with buying non-organic varieties if availability and budget are concerns.

Here is a little segment from Dr. Andrew Weil commenting on the EWG's list, and his concerns with pesticides in the food we eat.
